Ok, one more Christmas Akoma Virgin Organic Coconut oil Recipe today...
-128 g Virgin Organic coconut oil
-320g cups flour
-96g cup sugar
-171g cup brown sugar
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp salt
-3 eggs (2 large)
-1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
-1 tsp cinnamon (fresh ground best)
-192g cups Crunchy unsalted peanut butter
1.Combine the baking soda, baking powder, salt, flour, cinnamon put to one side
2.beat together the Akoma Virgin Organic coconut oil and peanut butter.
3.beat in the eggs.
4.Add the sugars and vanilla next.
5.Combine this with the ingredients you put to one side earlier. Knead with hands. Then roll into small balls and use a potato masher to make cross-hash pattern.
6.bake in oven at 350 for about 10 mins for chewy cookies and longer for crunchy.
